Publié le 28 nov. 2022 sur HotelsSuper bel accueil. Quand nous sommes arrivés, l’hôtel était tranquille en raison du Thankgiving et le monsieur de la réception a pris le temps de nous expliquer sur une carte les endroits à visiter et les restaurants intéressants. Vraiment gentil.

This place was great location for my wife and I.
It was our first time in Chicago and our stay was fantastic. All the staff members were friendly and helpful.
I would say one of the best things about the hotel is that it is within walking distance to many places. When you need to get a bit farther, it's only a couple blocks from public transportation.
Our only criticism would be that the rooms need a bit of an update. In our room, we noticed a few spots where the wallpaper was damaged, and one spot about 1-foot square where they repaired the wallpaper, but the new stuff didnt quite match and wasn't fully attached.
Nothing deal breaking, since everything else was so good.

The room was very small. My room was directly across from the fitness center so we were aware of the comings and goings of the guests.
