Très bien pour un voyage en groupe! Nous étions 6 et la chambre style dortoir était parfaite! Même si situé très près du métro, cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir, la toilette faisait plus de bruit! Bien situé à proximité du métro, facile pour ce déplacer rapidement en ville!

AMAZING!!! Stayed here for 2 nights for a concert and all I have to say is it’s amazing, I must say I’m quite confused about all the bad reviews about service and hidden fees, I booked on a third party website (Expedia) and all fees were listed online and there were no hidden fees, if what people are complaining about is the $125 you get it back it doesn’t stay on your card. As for service it was outstanding, we arrived at 12:30 which is 30 minutes after they close but they stayed late just so we could check in and check out was again seamless, rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed as well as the amenities and overall it was a wonderful stay an when we do come back to Chicago we will be staying at this hotel again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE. WILDLY OVERPRICED I travel frequently for business and this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel for a last-minute work trip, and it was one of the few places with availability under $500 a night, but still not cheap (it was ~$390 all in). I’ll start with the positives: I was able to check in early, the room was clean, and the hotel is in a central location. Negatives: I was about to say that it is in a good location - because of its proximity to business/cultural/shopping districts - BUT IT’S DIRECTLY NEXT TO AN ACTIVE ELEVATED TRAIN TRACK. The one window in my dark, sparsely furnished room looked directly into the subway, which rumbled by every 10 minutes or so. They try to mask the noise of the train by blasting the fans in the rooms, but thundering, wind-turbine levels of noise isn’t any better. The overall vibe of the hotel is a YMCA/hostel but with private rooms. This would be more acceptable if the hotel didn’t charge absurd “amenity and resort fees.” I was made aware of these fees at the time of the booking, I just didn’t realize I’d be paying a premium for nonexistent services. Additionally, I paid my remaining balance online prior to check in and the charge showed up as pending on my credit card, but I kept getting alerts to either check out or check out online and the form kept asking me to resubmit the balance. If you’re not careful, you could end up paying multiple times.

Hotel charges an exorbitant “amenities” fee PER DAY that is hidden. It gives you no amenities otjer than 6 free sodas a day and some worthless coupons. It is their way of advertising a lower price and then putting the screws to you when you arrive. Then the condescending front desk clerk asks “did you read the fine print?” DO NOT STAY HERE.
