There were handprints on the wall that were disturbing. The room appeared clean but that made me question it.

The property overall wasn't bad but my need was wet so I ended up sleeping on the floor.

This place is a joke! Arrived at 12:22 am due to delay. I was told that they don’t let people check in past 12:30am. After 45 min of trying to get ahold of someone we finally got in. Then as you’re checking in I had to give my credit card info again & was charged $50 a night for nothing. Room was 80° and took hours to cool down. Beds weren’t made. Card key stopped working halfway through the trip. Nobody actually works on site so there’s really nothing that you can do. Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your money!

The hotel is nice but the front desk assistant was terrible, they were never there and they never answer the phone.

Horrible experience Went there just because it’s so close to the ball park. Made reservations in March for August to find out because of Lalapalooza being in town they gave my room away sent me to another location supposedly 10 mins away. Actually 25 mins away!!!! No help in the bill for inconvenience and had to pay an addtl 45 to park my car!!! Will never go there again so upsetting especially since I planned for our anniversary
