No one was around to check me in for 5 minutes. The lady at the front desk was not friendly

There was no heat in the room and the engineer came to the room on both nights and still wasn't able to fix the problem. With the temperature dropping at night, it was an uncomfortable temperature to sleep in. There was water damage in the ceiling in four different spots. The water pressure from the shower was very poor.

The Westin is our go to hotel in the Chicago area. Love the smell. Rooms are always comfortable
