Great hotel, I have stayed here before. Friendly and professional staff and nice rooms. The only thing that bothered me is that there was a half-drank bottle of Coke in the mini-fridge in my room. That tells me that the cleaning staff either did not check it--which means they didn't clean it, or, it was theirs, which is not appropriate.

Did not like the destination fees surprise. Missed out on utilizing destination fees credits due to unclear or insufficient information from desk personnel.

Did not like the$25 surcharge. No reason for it.
Did not like that Internet was not provided to all guests for free as it is in most hotels

The staff in the hotel restaurant were rude and disrespectful but everyone else was great.
There was a huge amount of noise from the room next door to me which kept me awake until 4am

You can tell this property might be in need of a facelift here and there. But over all for the price point and the area it was a great stay and a good experience
