Food and service at Lake and State was excellent. Maid service was outstanding. We had our laundry done and it was done in less than a day with no problem whatsoever. I recommend it.

Staff, location, cleanliness, and gym were all great. Room decor could use updating compared to other Hilton properties, and some plugs didn’t work in the room. Even though it’s right next to the train, noise was not a problem at all.
