I checked in on Dec.31 to bring the New Year in & checked out Jan.2. Of course they take a $100 a day damage fee which is suppose to be returned after check out. In total came out to $200. I called Jan.8 to see what was going on & the receptionist (very professional guy) explained that it was suppose to automatically be returned after check out & or something was wrong with the computers at the time….its Jan.10 & my deposit still have not been returned.

Great hotel to enjoy a spontaneous getaway
This was an excellent hotel, situated in River North. The pool was very refreshing for an early-morning swim, and front desk was prompt and professional.

The decor is inspiring and upbeat. The staff went above and beyond to take care of issues that came up. The food was great, even though at these prices, it would be better if there was a complimentary breakfast.
