Bathroom was very small, shower head was shooting water towards the wall. Side entrance door will not open with guest card key. I was not informed by front desk personnel that parking was not free.

Easy walk to Allstate Arena. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi which made a long night. No ESPN either.

Very poor breakfast options, noisy AC units in rooms. The whole place needs modernization. Parking should be free, annoying that we had to pay extra for this.
