Excellent for families
Posted May 28, 2024 on HomeAwayThere was a terrible set of instructions on how to get to the property with 3 addresses none of which were accurate.
When we finally opened the door there is an “aroma de drains”. There was no coffee machine, toilet paper refuse sacks or wine glasses. The toaster tripped the main fuse. The pool is closed until mid June. The apartment is opposite the pool and garden maintenance area, so plenty noise.
On the plus side?
Fabulous location
Excellent bus routes to town and Cadiz
Good restaurants and a mini mart nearby
Beach 7 min walk away.
Nice outside area
Good for car parking
Property manage, Tesha, very helpful
Would we go back?
Probably.

Posted Jun. 6, 2023 on HomeAwayStayed for a week out of season it was only just opening up for the summer but the beach and local restaurants were very good would definitely come again and the apartment was great nice and clean and well equipped

Wonderful holiday
Posted Aug. 27, 2019 on HomeAwayGreat apartment in a lovely resort. Kids loved the massive pool, very short walk to the most gorgeous beach, restaurants. The property manager was very helpful, all in all a fabulous experience. We’ll definitely be returning when we can - thanks Charlotte.

Nice location in possible need of refurbishing.
Posted Jul. 17, 2019 on HomeAwayThe communication in advance was very efficient and so was the communication during the reception. What we liked most were the possibilities of the nearby Barossa beach and the swimmingpool.
The beds however are in need of urgent refurbishment and so is the bathroom.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, everything could be done on foot.
Also the presence of several beach stuff like chairs and umbrella was really pleasant.
We don’t know anything about preparing food in the house because we have only been there to sleep and shower.

Wonderful location
Posted Aug. 15, 2018 on HomeAwayThe apartment is part of a beautiful low-rise complex around a huge shared pool. There is also a pleasant cafe and sports courts on site and the whole place was very friendly and full of the most beautiful trees and flowers. It all felt very Spanish. The complex itself is only a few minutes walk from the fabulous beaches and many varied restaurants, shops and little markets. It is obviously a holiday place but feels very friendly and inclusive. Everywhere, including the many public WCs, was spotlessly clean. Few locals speak much English but many menus have translations and although we don't speak Spanish, we didn't find it to be a problem. The apartment itself is pleasant and well equipped. There are fans provided that we were very glad of at night and it was lovely to have a place to sit outside in the evenings. It proved an excellent base for exploring this most beautiful of locations.

Tolles Appartement in super Lage - leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Posted Jul. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayEin gutes Appartement in einer tollen Anlage mit super Lage zum wunderschönen Strand La Barrosa.
Leider ist die Einrichtung nicht mehr aktuell und es fehlt die Klimaanlage.
Ansonsten war Alles sehr gut.

Posted Sep. 17, 2022 on HomeAwayHan sido unas vacaciones fantásticas porque el apartamento está muy bien situado, las instalaciones de la urbanización son estupendas, el espacio exterior del propio apartamento es fantástico y la relación con los dueños y los encargados del apartamento ha sido muy buena.
Dicho esto, el apartamento necesita mejoras. Las fotos que acompañan al anuncio no reflejan el estado actual de éste, que necesita ciertas reparaciones y el agua caliente no funcionaba bien.
Aún teniendo estos pequeños peros, yo repetiría.
