Another wonderful stay
Publié le 12 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur second visit to the Chico Charmer over Thanksgiving and it was just as great as our first a year ago. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The property owner is a very responsive, flexible host. Thanks Annie!

Perfect Chico Vibe

Great House

Would stay there again.

Great Location beautiful house
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI was with a college friend, and we were visiting another friend in Chico. This house was sooo nice and fit our needs perfectly. We were there fro 108 degree weather and the house remained cool and pleasant. The host -- Annie was very responsive. the location was ideal.. near to downtown. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay at this Chico beauty!
