Stay here every year when I visit Chico and it always seems to get nicer. Upstairs rooms are the best, so clean and updated feels like a luxury hotel. Staff is always super friendly and professional. Great location to be at if you want to walk anywhere in downtown.

After a long and tiring drive over the mountains and forests from Eureka, we got a very warm and friendly welcome at Quality Inn Chico, and we were very pleased with the facilities in our room, and a big shout out to housekeeping, who had made sure our room was fresh and clean and perfect - a great way to relax after such a drive!
Our room backed onto the street behind and I was woken at 5am by a garbage truck emptying the trash, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to ask if you can have a room elsewhere, but this is not a complaint at all from me, just a recommendation for other potential guests.
Overall very pleased we stayed here!
