Está fue la primera y última vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. El check in fue muy mala experiencia, yo llame al hotel un día antes para estar segura que todo estaba bien y confirmaron mi estancia. Al llegar, Cecilia nos tuvo esperando más de 40 min porque no encontraba la reservación, me comuniqué al chat de expedía y llamaron inmediatamente, después de eso ya me dieron la habitación. Me gustó que expedía resolvió mi problema, pero no recomiendo este hotel para estar en esta aplicación. Ya he reservado en muchas otras ocasiones y este es el primer hotel que me toca que sean tan ineficientes. Esto provocó que llegáramos tarde a una boda donde yo fui madrina y por supuesto que nadie en mi familia recomendara este hotel. El hotel en sí no es lo máximo, no ha sido el más limpio ni el de cama más cómoda como para que valga la pena el sacrificio de pasar estas cosas en el check in. Cero estrellas.

All staff was very polite and accomodating. The pool was very nice early in the morning. They offer towels for the pool. We asked for an extra hour to check out because we needed to fix our luggage and they allowed us 1 hour more. Great experience.
