loved the pools , the staff, breakfast, and transport.
disliked that the windows didn’t open and not the best cleaning of the room.

Al ducharse se salía el agua hacia el baño. La limpieza muy mala cabellos en la parte del sillón q no fueron removidos en los días q estuve.
Le falta mantenimiento a sus activos.

Check in and out were a breeze. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother, so we needed a room on the first floor, we were accommodated without any arguments. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The hotel is located in a very safe area and security is always present. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Jonathan, a server in the restaurant. You will feel like royalty when he waits on you! Overall, our 4 days stay was comfortable and uneventful...very peaceful.
