Very bad experience. No hot water. Had to take cold showers, was offered to switch rooms or any apologies. No manager to be found. Most likely hiding. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Como reservas con expedía te dan un bufete horrible. Tienes que reservar directo con ellos para que te pasen al restaurante. Horrible comida

Inauguración apresurada
La verdad se nota que la inauguración fue apresurada. Los muebles están todos rayados y luego la cabecera se notaba con daño de agua en la parte superior, se supone que el hotel no lleva ni el mes lleva de abierto. En el baño donde están los interruptores de la luz el azulejo está quebrado y se nota que se hizo sin cuidado. La verdad pareciera motel en vez de un hotel. Por el precio y por el hecho de que es nuevo me decepcionó bastante. La cama si es muy cómoda pero pues también la distribución está medio rara, me hospedé en una habitación con cama king size pero estaba distribuido donde la cama se situaba a un lado y se queda bien obvio un espacio donde se asume que iría la otra cama. Hubieran esperado a inaugurar y hacer las cosas bien en vez de hacerlas a medias como lo hicieron

Servicio excelente, solo que aún no tiene la alberca y fallas en la habitación. Una luz no se podía conectar, fallas de internet, la puerta no se podía cerrar con la llave de seguridad.
