Country town special

Just great for easy stroll into town too.
In summary, a lovely relaxing stay.

Lovely long weekend in charming Childers

It was in a great location for easy walking around the township, yet also maintained a country feel and outlook. Impeccably clean and charmingly decorated - loved some of the artwork in the cottage. Only minor negatives were that the kitchen whitegoods need a little love or refresh (but they still did the job) and the lack of screens meant many moths when the lights came on at night. Both back and front verandahs were well utilised throughout our stay - coffee out the front in the morning to watch the sunshine and birds, and drinks out the back in the evening for the sunsets. Would happily stay again if I'm ever back in Childers!
