Staff was very good, beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super. Place needs a facelift.

My room was dirty, towels were dirty, breakfast was okay, gym was musty. I won’t be back and don't recommend.

People were friendly. Rooms were clean. It smelled clean as well.

Disappointed
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsNot in a hurry so I went for the slightly more expensive more features option in Childress. Staff was nice, room was clean, beds were comfortable——but TV service was acting up (not their fault—Direct TV), hot tub was out of service, treadmill didn’t work and at breakfast all the coffee was cold (tried three different pots). A staff member did warm my coffee in the kitchen microwave (thanks).

Easy access, staff friendly and welcoming and respond quickly to questions/concerns. Quiet and beds comfortable. Good breakfast and the best scones I have eaten. Wish the hot tub had been working.
