I had to ask for my food voucher , the staff completed my transaction and never acknowledged that I was entitled to anything. There are no cleaning supplies In the gym. The head board is needing replacement.

The outside like nice but my room was gross. Carpet dirty and needs to be cleaned, washroom tub surround with lots of mildew needs to be clean. You can see an bad tile repair job also. Some of the outles didnt work on the desk. Mattress needs to be flipped or tuned cauae it felt awkward sleeping in another bed but when it's a totally divit of another human its Gross. 2 nights i wish i would have paid more and gotten a better hotel. Now the Dennys connected to it. Slow service and not great vibe. I hate giving a bad review but this will be the only way for the Sandman to step up. Get the carpets cleaned!!

The Denny’s in the hotel is a huge bonus and the staff are nice, but the air conditioner didn’t work and our couch didn’t pull out. It was bad enough that we decided to leave and go to another hotel.
