Absolutely loved almost everything about this lodge- great location, friendly staff, clean, on the river, etc. The only thing not making this perfect is that unfortunately I am a light sleeper and the loud air conditioning unit kept me up. Probably not an issue to most people and not likely to be in the 90s most of the time like it was when I stayed. Besides this I would highly recommend!

Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis place is Heaven!! The view from balcony couldn't be beat. It was a shared balcony but long enough that it didn't matter. We will be back and will stay in the same room. The mattress was so comfortable. The room was a little small but we spent most of time either on balcony or sight seeing. I wish I knew the lady's name that checked us in and we talked to many times. She works the afternoon shift. She is so sweet. 4 days was not long enough. The only issue we had (but didn't report it) was the last morning we had no hot water. Hoping to make this a yearly vacation and will stay in the same room (#10). Also we enjoyed playing in the river and tubing. We miss the sound of the river as well.

I wish the balcony door had a screen door so you could leave the door open so you can enjoy the sound of the river flowing all night!

Old hotel with charm. Clean and nice bedding. Great location with private balcony overlooking the river stream. Also walking distance to local shops and eateries.
