Paradise no longer.
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsNo toilet paper in the bathroom; had to go to office to get some. Mold in the corners of the bathroom. Jacuzzi was dirty. Kids running around upstairs at 7:30 in the morning. It is an older hotel but that is no excuse for it to not be taken care of. Beautiful view of the bay though.

We emphasize due diligence in maintenance, housekeeping, and overall cleanliness, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and comfort from the moment guests set foot on our property. Significant upkeep and renovations to the Waterside Inn tend to take place during the off-season; this includes updates to cosmetic aspects, decor, and the overall structure of the building. Since we are an older property, we must sustain and improve our building and services to keep our charm! When concerns arise related to any aspect of your room or our property in general, we encourage our guests to reach out to our front office so that we can remedy this issue as quickly as possible. We have dedicated onsite maintenance and housekeeping teams that are on call to fix any problem in a timely fashion so that you can return to enjoying your island getaway.Since we are a small business, we appreciate making meaningful connections with our guests to cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship. Guests need not hesitate to contact our Front Office team at any point during their stay; this communication ensures the most effective of our services. Regarding noise, we have a quiet-time policy that runs from 10 PM to 8 AM. We have a 24-hour phone line where guests can report noise complaints, and we will address those complaints when they are relayed to our management.Again, we thank you for your review and appreciate you choosing our longstanding family-owned and operated business despite the many corporate competitors on the island.
