Paid Guest Senior Citizen's Reservation No Honored
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe Hotel facility itself was very nice, only darkened by the lack of compassion and exception to the rules from the early morning hotel front desk employees & manager on (9/7/24-2;25-3AM) I reserved my room online w/credit card but was NOT allowed to check into because I did not have a CC or ID on my person. I had electronic copies of items on my IPAD and showed same. I had been robbed hours earlier while loading luggage into my rental car the LAX Budget Rental Car wherein my purse with ID, CC and Cell phone was stolen. My son had to drive from an hour away to use his ID CC so I could check into a room that I'd paid for online. While I was waiting in the lobby for my son to show up the front desk actually processed the CC I had on file for my reservations, which had been stolen and hence frozen. These (3) ladies basically were sending me, a senior citizen, who had a paid reservation out into the streets

No ac 110 put side wanted to give ma a fan
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe ac didn't work they wanted to give me a fan till the next morning when they could try and fix it. I had to find another hotel to stay at it was 97 in the room n9 fan can help that at all

Hotel was perfect, breakfast was beyond par, they had lil fried potatoes squares with black pepper and bacon and a pancake machine which was a nice change from the too common waffle machine you see everywhere.. check in was at 3pm waited 1hr 35mins and room wasn’t ready till 7pm.. I wish I woulda known this so that me and my family weren’t stuck last minute trying to forgot out what to do besides wait and the pool was overly crowded.
