have been a customer at this location for many business/leisure trips. This stay was horrible. When we checked into the location, I had to sanitize and clean the room because its never at standard. This time was worse. Myself and other customers checked in and there was blood all over the mattress cover and sheets. I requested new linen and changed the bedding order to meet sanitary standard. The next day there was a roach infestation. Per my request the room was sprayed but that made them worse. I checked out and requested a partial refund but it was denied. I am all for supporting smaller businesses but this location definitely needs to better.

This place is very bad they have poor service an also there are roaches an no clean rooms nothing about this place is well there’s no food at all I went to check in an the lady up front was very disrespectful

Cockroach infested

The room actually was fine. Except it was cockroach infested. Absolutely cockroaches everywhere.

Bad bad bad bad for business. No bueno!

This place was infested with roaches. The moment i walked in the front door they began scattering up the walls. The bathroom was the worst place. I found pieces of weed and blunts on the floor. Burn markings in the sheets and blankets. Also pieces of food by the microwave and refrigerator. The microwave had roaches crawling out from underneath of it when i opened the door of it. 70 dollars was too much for this room that was unclean with a major roach infestation.

Room needed refreshing, but had been cleaned, clean sheets, no bugs, a/c worked, water was hot, mattress was good, pillows were good, tv had channels, refrigerator & microwave in room. Desk attendant was nice.

It wasn't too bad. The ac in the room was really nosy. The room smelled of weed, but im guessing someone next door was smoking it. When you go to the service desk, you have to wait for a long time for some one to respond to you
