I recently stayed at the Akra collection, and it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. Staff extremely courteous, PAK in particular went out of her way to make my stay memorable, she is very pleasant, helpful and professional. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the front desk staff providing a warm welcome and detailed information about the hotel’s amenities. Throughout my stay, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to help with a smile. My room was a perfect retreat. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night.

Elegant Accommodation & high level attentive staff

We stayed at this hotel for five nights, accompanied by my husband, our 12-year-old son, and myself. The maisonette rooms boasted elegant furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay, with the private pool standing out as a highlight. However, ongoing construction work nearby resulted in persistent noise between 9 and 11 a.m. and occasionally in the afternoon throughout our stay. Breakfast was served in-room, offering a menu selection and the option to schedule a preferred time. In-room coffee could be prepared using espresso capsules (2 per day), and a cappuccino was available for an additional 145 Baht. The staff exhibited a high level of attentiveness, leading me to warmly recommend this accommodation.

The staff was very friendly, especially Mr. May, who was quite helpful. There's room for improvement in the breakfast.

Although it likes isolated, but this is their selling point. Beautiful villa, friendly staff!

Overall, it's not bad. If they can accept credit cards, paid for deposit and services fee is most convenient for travel visitor. Will book this villa again anyhow.
