The house is beautiful and the staff were nice. The only complaints I have was initially there was a dead bug/roach in one of the beds, which I told Mimi and sent a picture, not even an apology was given or discount. In addition, the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and I had to repeatedly ask about it and my overall bill that I stated I would like to have daily. I also stated that I only wanted what was complimentary in the house but still I had a charge on my bill from a guest who had left earlier, but that wouldn’t have been on my bill if the daily bill would have been accurate. Initially, the meter was sent to my phone to show were it was at, but once the bill came I never seen the meter again. If a bill is going to be given then there should be a meter picture to show the accuracy every time. Also, someone outside of the guest cut on the air conditioning downstairs and we had to cut it off that morning. Not once did we run the air conditioning all day but charges seem to be more expensive daily than what a breakdown would be in the states. Which doesn’t really make sense do to the fact things are cheaper over there. Also the refrigerator should be wiped out before every new guest arrive. The refrigerator upon our arrival could have been wiped out. There were no items in the refrigerator but it was a little dirty. My guest and I just didn’t want to complain.

Hello Tiffany, Thank you for your review and summary of your experience. To avoid situations like your bug incident we always respond immediately as we did in your case. Unfortunately, the “Bug” disappeared within the few minutes we needed to get there. If there were an issue with the refrigerator, we would have attended to that immediately if you had mentioned it. Usually, we provide bills for 4 day stays at the end. But as you requested, we provided daily bills to you from day 2. Meter readings are shown by picture for your convince and reference. Upon request we can also show the actual meter. The one Lipton iced tea that was on your bill 30THB or $0.80. It was accurate as it was removed from the minibar by one of your guests. We provide a separate minibar refrigerator which is chargeable and explain that to you upon check-in. The kitchen refrigerator is completely empty and for your own use. Jacuzzi, we went up to show you how to use it immediately. Then you said, “It is fine. “ Tiffany, all your complaints and problems you could find were attended to immediately. Our Villa team is very service orientated and we solve any problem straight away.. I am very sorry you were unhappy with your stay and that we did not have a real reason to discount the stay for you as you repeatedly requested. Thank you, Sukanya
