Good budget accommodation. This property could be great with some grounds maintenance and a tidy up of approaches.
A fridge in each room would be a great asset.

Very Quiet Holiday Village
Posted Aug. 29, 2018 on Expedia
Location: The roof of Thailand, is a short drive away and a must see. Try the fruit wine in the village half way to the top. A tasty buy at AUD$5 per bottle.
This accommodation is only 600 meters from the main road but is super quiet. The rooms are efficient but missing some creature comforts such as a fridge and coffee making facilities. The bed is fairly firm in typical Thai style.
The American breakfast was awesome. Two fried eggs, bacon, Frankfurt, lettuce and tomato. With 2 slices of toast, all for AUD $3.
They also make very good coffee, a rarity in Thailand.
The grounds , whilst fairly neat, are in need of a whipper snipper and lawn mower. If the grounds were sorted out, then the whole village would look pretty good.
