Poor front desk service.
Room is dirty
Deduct hotel fee via credit card during booking process and subsequently have to pay via cash again upon checking in.

Excellent location for exploring Wulong - which is well worth it!
The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable.
The actual building is a bit in decay and seems that there is no heating available! The staff could not speak any English, but they were very friendly and we made a laugh of the lack of verbal communication!

客房打掃很草率，用過的溼毛巾丟在椅子上沒有整理、杯子沒洗、床沒鋪好，通知櫃檯，清潔人員來時竟然沒洗，只用抹布擦過杯子，然後放回櫃子上，請她給大浴巾，説已經給了，結果根本沒有⋯

因沿途高速堵车，到达酒店已经是第二天早上，前台主动将客房延长到当天下午14:00，虽然因为个人行程安排原因上午就离开酒店了，还是感谢酒店的细心。
