受付台が2つあります。左側の男性の方、態度極めて悪い。笑顔がなく、顔つきが怖い、イライラしているように感じる。受付し始まったら、いきなり電話し始め、相手と喋りながら受付を待たされるお客様に、申し訳なさがない。
入った瞬間の気分がダウンした。いくら施設が良くても、受付の男性の感じが悪すぎる。サービス業に向いてないと思うわ

Nice hotel

Very few people on the staff speak English, which makes it very hard to get the usual service that you expect from a Kempinski hotel. As an example, there is no room service menu in English so it is impossible to order any service to the room. The hotel is 10 years old and that might be seen in the bathrooms. And the cleaning is not the best, so don't expect a normal Kempinski level. However, the staff is nice, even though it is difficult to communicate with them
