The whole hotel is too dark everywhere with a very unfriendly staff. Many areas are broken without repair and maintenance. It is a shame to be awarded a 5 stars.

I had request a King size bed as normal during web reservation. Check in just a twin bed,Hotel quick reaction to solve the problems even fully book . Excellent service.
