Poor room service
Posted Aug. 29, 2018 on ExpediaWe had told the hotel we were going to be late and would like some food, ordered room service at 12:00 and till 2:00 we had not received over order. They couldn’t even make an omelet, toast or even a club sandwich or anything else.
The only good thing was the bell boys who could speak and understand English.

Hotel have standard swimming pool and gym playground.
Many local restaurants provide fast good taste food.

Perfect location, attentive staff, good condition

Pros: Location: close to high speed train, light rail and long distance bus.
Condition: very good, including a nice swimming pool.
Staff: attentive.
Cons: Wishful thinking: lower the price to be competitive.
Location: Mainly close to trading, light rail and long distance bus stations.
A couple blocks away from train, light rail and long distance bus stations, Wyndham is ideal for me. From airport is just 45 minutes light rail ride without changing lines. The high speed train and long distance bus stations are less than two blocks across the street.
The hotel is in very good condition, including a 30 meter long swimming pool. The room is clean. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast is great. Caffe at the lobby is also very good. I particularly like the fact they have separated the smoking sections so I don't get second hand smoking.
I stayed at the hotel twice in July 2016. My overall experience is very good. If the $100 price can be lowered a bit, it would be perfect.

Bien situé pour explorer la ville, accéder à l'aéroport (en quelques stations de métro) ou prendre le train. L'hôtel est superbe, avec une chambre extrêmement confortable et un personnel très serviable.

新幹線駅が見える、駅近の5つ星ホテル

Pros: 文句なし。いいホテルだと思う。
Cons: 特になし
Location: 駅前で便利
設備も新しく、スタッフの対応も文句なし。部屋から駅も見渡せ、便利な位置づけ。買い物などは近くで出来ないが、ローカルレストランは近くに点在している。
問題は、新幹線駅からは、現在は北広場にしか出られず、地下道で南広場に出られないこと。タクシーや乗り合いバス等で迂回していかなくてはならない。駅に地図の表示もないので、迷うかもしれない。
ウィンダム、という英語よりも、駅前の「華宇」といえば、わかるようだ。

高速鉄道駅に近い、快適なホテル
Posted May 13, 2017 on Hotels翌日の早い時間の高速鉄道利用のため、宿泊しました。
利用直前に予約をしたので、初めは上手く予約が確認できていなかったのですが、その際もホテルのスタッフの方が丁寧に応対していただき、無事に宿泊できました。
部屋も申し分ない設備で、翌朝の朝食やチェックアウトもスムーズにいき、快適に過ごすことができました。
