The unit we had was ideal for a family group and the electric blanket on the bed was a nice touch.

Funds were takrn from credit card 2 days before arrival instead of pay at checkout as advised.

As our booking system shows that we are authorized to proceed the payment from credit card, you can note it "pay on arrival". We don't accept pay at checkout and haven't advised that to you. Thanks and regard.

Ferry motel review
Publié le 14 févr. 2019 sur HotelsPretty standard motel facilities. Good for families as the rooms accommodate more pax. Price was ok but does not come with a.c./ heat pump or fan.No proper closet or place to hang clothes.No tissue box supplied.
Ordered room on hotels.com , payment indicated to be cash on arrival but the hotel took the liberty to deduct my credit card even before I arrived.
However the counter lady was most helpful and accommodating.

Thank you for staying with us and much appreciated for your kind review. We got wardrobe and hangers next to the living room, probably you didn't notice it :) We accept pay on arrival with cash. We charged from the credit card as the booking system showed that we are authorized to proceed the payment. Sorry for any inconvenience for you. Didnt even check in. Outside of the property is run down and people hanging out in front were less than savoury. In the 5 mins we were parked out front we had someone bang on our window to know if we were parking our vehicle there. Felt unsafe and did not want to bring my chilredn into a property where i didnt feel safe. Ended up finding somewhere else.

Dear guest, our property is a very nice and affordable place to stay and our staff and clients are very friendly. Perhaps it is not as modern as you expected. It is a pity that you gave us a bad review for a no-show. Our receptionist said you left invalid credit card info and we can't reach you through the phone. We are happy that you find another place. Handy location for me

Pour : Comfortable bed and clean linen.
Contre : Budget motel but if outside surroundings were tidier and neater would add to the experience.
Emplacement : Did not explore these.
Bed and linen very clean and tidy. Décor a bit shabby but functional. Unit clean.
