Really relaxing break...our room was small but comfortable and really clean.. the continental breakfast was absolutely lovely and plenty to choose from. The garden area was beautiful.

A first class and beautiful hotel right by the Christchurch harbour …….. a perfect and relaxing setting. Our room with terrace was so beautifully decorated to a high standard. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The food at The Jetty Restaurant was so delicious and first class. The Upper Deck Restaurant was also lovely. A MUST hotel to stay in.

A busy weekend including a Sat wedding reception, so parking was difficult with not an extensive hotel parking area

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We do have limited number of spaces available at the hotel. We are aware that parking can be difficult on occasion and therefore we allow our guests to double park their cars. As soon as there is space available, our porters will then move the double parked car to a space.We do hope that you will visit us in the future. Kind Regards,
