All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Our check in was after hours and the duty manager, Skyler, went out of her way to help us, even carrying our groceries. The cleaning staff were very accomodating too.

Simply the Best Accommodation
This has been the best accommodation we have stayed in while travelling around in New Zealand. We received a very warm welcome from Elyse on reception when we arrived late. Thank you also to Sid on reception for all his help during our stay. I also had the opportunity to speak to Apekshya who serviced our room. It was so clean you could eat off the floor. The accommodation is in quiet area but very convenient to the centre. We would definitely stay again and for a longer period but we are on a long trip so moving on. We have even changed our plans and booked other Quest properties on the basis of this experience. Thank you to everyone at Quest Kilmore.

All facilities are new and in good condition. Although the size of the kitchen is a little small and the bench top is not wide for a complex cooking work, the outlook is really modern. As well , the design is fitble when the shower room and the washer, dryer are all combined together . Only 5 minutes, we enjoyed a walk to Hagley Park every morning. Then , walked to Bus Interchange to take the bus to the shopping centre, to the sightseeing spot. However, Christchurch Central City offers travelers good impression. Thanks for the staff in front desk. Your sincere smile encourages us to have a pleasant day.

Our suite was fabulous! Large, super clean, comfortable bed, nice linens, kitchen was well stocked and had dishwasher. A super bonus was a washer and dryer so appreciated. Staff were great, friendly, very helpful. The area is very nice and walkable to restaurants, galleries, museums, beautiful parks. I would highly recommend Quest in Christchurch.

This is a fantastic hotel!!! Very easy check in even though we arrived after hours. Rooms were very big and we'll equipped. Brand new laundry machines. Great coffee in the lobby in theorning if you don't feel like making it in your room. A perfect stay
