Cosy and convenient hotel with nice furnitures in a large bedroom. Quite short of laundry machines thought. Recommended !

Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was great too.

I injured myself at this property. There was a door stopper in front of the toilet and I kicked my toe on it. I had a room upgrade and was made felt like I should be grateful for that. One complimentary breakfast on a 3 night stay. The injury impacted my stay in Christchurch and the activities I was planning. I received email saying this has not happened to another guest before, once again making me feel like it was my fault there was a door stopper in front of the toilet.

Stay at Christchurch

The room is too small for 3 adults. All beds are too soft. The adding bed is only a foldable bed and caused noises when people slept on it and turned body while sleeping.
