Good value for money

Booked as away for work. Car park outside venue was free, nice reception on walking in. I was in room 3, this was a really lovely room, but there was no decaf tea or coffee in the room, which I had requested. Bed was comfortable and ensuite was small but usable. Music below my room coming from pub past 10pm.

Fabulous place to stay
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were going to a wedding nearby and needed an early check in to be able to get changed, having flown into LHR 2 hours earlier. The manager (Amanda I think her name was) had both our rooms ready for us which was amazing. Rooms were spacious, well furnished and immaculately clean. Breakfast was fab (I had eggs florentine). All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'll be back :-)

Despite an error made by stay at the Avon causeway was lovely Sarah a member of the team gave us amazing service after a bad start caused by Expedia. Sarah looked after us from the minute we arrived until the moment we left. When we departed Expedia had still not paid Avon causeway even though i had paid Expedia 2 weeks before. The only downside was we o ly got to stay 2 nights and not 3 that i booked due to the error. Once again i would like to say Thank you to Sarah & her colleagues for great service and making our stay enjoyable.

Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOver delivered on what was expected. Manager and staff so good and professionally friendly. Food really good especially the full English breakfast. If in area again would definitely stay here. Just as a comment for Butcombe, how on earth can you justify £6.80 for a pint of guinness!!
