Caribbean Paradise, STEP OUT YOUR DOOR TO THE WAVES! Central AC, a rare luxury

Newly renovated! Gorgeous glass wall sliding doors where you step out to your private patio complete with furniture and BBQ, then from the patio out to the sand, shells and surf!. Our ocean front condo it on the first floor with easy access from the front door or the glass doors (Oceanside).
Our place has a brand new Central Air System which is a unique luxury in St. Croix. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with the living room and master bedroom facing the surf. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped including a blender for all those fabulous frosty drinks so you can enjoy the local rum our island is famous for!
We have cable and WIFI, plus a DVD player complete with popular movies for your enjoyment.
Our condo is also next to the large swimming pool (and clubhouse) that runs along the water's edge making for a beautiful view.
Our patio is a nice size for a table, umbrella and chairs as well as lounge chairs which we've provided, in addition to boogie boards and snorkel gear for your use. Our coastline is the place of choice for surfers which are a joy to watch! The waves are strongest here so it's not ideal for snorkeling but just up the beach the reef is out a ways and it's calm for snorkeling. We have mostly coral and shells so you will want beach shoes for shell seeking and boogie-boarding. Have a look in the photos to see the cool shells and brain coral rocks you will see!
My favorite feature of our island home is falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. We hope you'll love it too.

PERFECT ISLAND GETAWAY
This place is as advertised. Beautiful location very private and very short drives to what ever you need. Sunny is a joy to deal with and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and is very quick to respond to any questions. The condo has everything you need and feels like I was staying at my own place. I highly recommend this condo. I have stayed on island many times and this is one of the best places I have been. :) Thanks Sunny!!

We arrived our condo was not cleaned we were moved to another condo that had no working toilets. Our first night and most of the next day were taken up with moving again. The condo we stayed did not have advertised accommodations for our guests. No bedding for the blow up bed that was suppose to be excellent. I checked with owner and she assured me the bed was excellent and had bedding. The bed went flat and she said take the mattress pad off your bed and put on air bed. We prefer to have a mattress pad! When I told her she said they can sleep on the couch, that is not what was advertised nor is that what the guest paid for. After much turmoil, stress and defending our issues that they created the owner refunded one night. The property manager offered us things and never came through. I would look elsewhere.

Great condo with a lot of room
The condo was great and just like the description. Both bedrooms were large and it was great having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Unfortunately when we were visiting it was really windy so a lot of seaweed washed onto shore and the waves were so big you could not go into the water out front. The condo is 10 minutes from Christenstead and 20 minutes from Fredricksted. We did scuba diving, snorkeling & ziplining, really fun. All of the restaurants along the Christenstead boardwalk were great. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Great Value for 2 Bedrooms on the Water
Centrally located near Christiansted's restaurants, bars and activities. Walking distance to Blues Backyard BBQ for good food, bartender and music in casual environment. Short drive to Food Town market. Half hour drive to Eastside beaches, Cane Bay dive area, or Westend beaches and restaurants. Sunny provided all needed information, condo essentials and many non-essentials to enjoy an extended stay. She is quick to respond to any issues should they arise.

Tranquil paradise
Our stay in the condo and time on STX was incredible. This condo is mid island so easy to get to C-sted, F-sted, airport and all around. I loved that this was in a less touristy area so we were able to try local food in the neighborhood, hit the resorts for entertainment and snorkel twice a day at various beaches. Our friends live in C-sted Harbor and would have recommended a place in town - but this was the absolute right choice! Central air and 2BD/2BA were my must-haves and this was one of the few places with both (vs. window AC or split/ductless) and the price was half of what it is in town. Waking up to the sound of ocean and that view! We had the huge pool to ourselves every time we went. It wasn’t until day 2 or 3 that we saw another person on-site. I knocked off one star for cleanliness of bathroom but acknowledge heat + moisture make it very hard to prevent mold and mildew. Owner and property manager were great hosts and communication exceeded expectations (extremely responsive and helpful - gave suggestions and even offered a zoom call (which went to spam so I didn’t see until we got there) to answer any questions or set up activities). A car rental is a must - SUV is best due to speed bumps and some of the roads in rainforest and up to Pt Udall. Pack bug spray for at night. Eat at Junie’s - local recommended and you won’t be sorry! And yes the La Reine Chicken Shack is worth the hype!

Friendly Condo With Everything We Needed
We loved this spot! It was as promised and had everything we needed so we didn't have to lug a bunch of stuff (towels, snorkels, floats, etc.). People even left their extras so that was helpful (sunscreen, bags, dish detergent, etc.). The neighbors at the condo were so nice. They invited us to their BBQ and told us about all their neighborhood animals. With kids that love to swim, I appreciated the heads up from the property owner that this wasn't swimming beach. We drove out almost every day to try a new beach out. Easy drives once you figure out how to drive on the left and not crash at the intersections. Our favorite was Cramer Beach. We mostly had it to ourselves and there are bathrooms there. There's a cooler so we took a picnic most days. The pool being right next the ocean and closest to this condo was awesome too. The kids ran back and forth all day while I sat out in the chairs and read and looked at the ocean. The towels were really soft, and there were plenty of them. The beds were fine. One was SUPER high! Luckily there as a little step stool. We appreciated the property manager giving us a heads up on where to buy groceries in bulk for the best price. What else...We loved it! St. Croix is definitely our style. Not too many people or too much touristy stuff. Just right. We did the Buck Island snorkel tour on our last day. Definitely recommend it! Thank you!

This is the place to stay!
I had only been to the Virgin Islands one other time before. This was really one of the best places I’ve stayed at. They had all the accommodations including, board games, boogie boards, lifejackets, movies and DVDs, dishes, bathroom stuff, they were so prepared if we thought we needed to go to the store I just looked around the apartment and they had stuff there we could use… It was totally awesome. The place was very clean and they had lots of towels. The pool overlooks the ocean and it was the most gorgeous view in the morning. The beach is not really swimmable because of the seaweed and stuff but it was still a beautiful walk and it was lovely to sit out in the morning and have coffee . It was very spacious and it had an extra blowup bed in the closet. The property manager was totally accommodating and had great communication skills. They had a binder on the table that was extremely informative- information on restaurants and grocery stores and great ideas and coupons. I definitely want to rent here again. It was FABULOUS!!!! We didn’t have any kids with us but even if you had kids or if it was a family this would be such a great place to rent from.

A Perfect Week at This Lovely Piece of Caribbean Paradise!
I can’t recommend this VRBO enough! Starting with how communicative both the owner and the property manager are. Both Sunny and Robin contacted me with recommendations and tips, Robin going so far as to schedule a zoom call with me to talk about getting onto the island and into the property as soon as possible. The condo itself is on the water, but don’t expect to send your kids out there to swim. Not much sand in front of the property, a little rocky, and the water can be a little rough there. Nice snorkeling though! The patio is nice and the complex’s pool (just steps away from the back sliding door) is great when the wind cooperates! Inside the unit are incredible amenities: beach chairs, snorkeling gear, games, and more. The unit was a great size for our group (me, my wife, and her brother and his wife). The location is convenient to downtown Christianstead where we spent much of our time. We had a great time on the island and really enjoyed staying in this condo!

The spot was perfect. We had a pool, views of the ocean, and only a short drive to anywhere you wanted to go in the island. Loved this place and would stay again if we ever make it back to St Croix!

Fantastic Stay
Although their may be better locations on the island if your looking for a centrally located stay with a view this is it we’re 30 mins from the frederikstead pier and 30 mins from point udall. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and had plenty of condiments such as seasonings, sugar coffee, cruzan rum, pink whine. And the staff at the condo are super friendly, super helpful, and very appreciative. Was a wonderful experience.

Take the good with the bad!!
The property manager was excellent and very attentive. The property itself is somewhat dated and does not exactly look like the pictures. Several things weren't working like the dishwasher, cable tv, and microwave upon our arrival. The complex was redoing the pool and we weren't able to use it for the first week. This was not the owners fault, of course, but we weren't informed of this and it was a main reason for us booking the property as the beach is unswimmable. Our main issue with the condo was the roaches. The property was sprayed while we were there. We sprayed it and the property manager even called for an emergency spray. Still we couldn't get rid of the bugs. Not sure if this is characteristic of St Croix or just this property but this is my fourth stay on the island and we have never experienced this before. Robin was excellent and there is nothing more she could have done. She even got us a gift certificate to a local restaurant for our inconvenience.

Had a couple issues when we first arrived, but Robin took care of those immediately once we reported them. Pool wasn't open, but we enjoyed the ocean. Loved our stay and the location was perfect. Would love to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is directly waterfront, ground level, with a beautiful view. The pool on property was clean and well kept. The property manager is delightful. There was a problem with the a/c when we first arrived, but with the ocean breezes it wasn't an issue and it was repaired as soon as they could given the weekend.

Good property great views!
Beautiful views and a pool onsite, we loved having so much space and preparing our own meals!! Beds are terrible, we ended up sleeping on an air mattress or the couches each night. Other than the beds the property is well maintained. You can get a great breeze if you open up windows otherwise it’s very muggy at night!
