Great location on a private beach. Great pool and on site restaurant. Beautiful view.

Homeless ppl on the property, had to change rooms and ended up leaving 4 days early.

We have taken your statement of seeing a “homeless person” on the property very seriously. We asked the maintenance staff and management, as well as security and our employees, if a homeless person was seen on the grounds because that would be an issue addressed immediately. The answer was no. We are sorry you did not report it at the time, in case it was a workman, and your fears could have been put to rest. We acknowledge you were not pleased with the initial ground floor unit. The next day, we showed you a second floor unit you said you were pleased with. You stayed in that unit for 4 nights, then left without notice 2 nights prior to your original departure date. After the initial move to another unit, you had no further contact with the front desk or expressed any issues to property personnel. When management chanced to see your companion dropping the key into the drop box, he confirmed that you were leaving, he was asked why, and he responded that he did not know. We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry if there was a concern you decided not to report. The comfort and safety of our guests is paramount. Thank you for staying with us.

Fin bolig - men området lige uden for reportet er ikke rart. Det er i et skummelt område - i det hele taget er Skt Croix ikke særligt behageligt sted. Vejene er dårlige, meget på øen er i forfald og trænger til an opgradering. Mad og leveomkostninger meget meget højt.

Thank you for appreciating the property. We enjoyed having you stay with us. The hurricanes do take a toll on the buildings and the roads, and the cost of living is high because food, supplies, materials are all imported. Please let us remind you that we explained about the hurricane damaged housing community from which the residents were relocated. We instructed you to stay on the main road and not to walk through that community with its condemned buildings.

This was such a quiet relaxing place to be. Private beach was phenomenal. Met some awesome friendly people and the staff was more than helpful for our time!

The rooms appeared clean but the property is old and not maintained. There was paint chipping on the walls/ceilings, cracks in the walls and areas where there had been moisture which was poorly patched and painted over. The dining hours of operation online were not the actual hours of operation. The property is in an area where access to food is extremely limited. The beach area was quiet.

Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to pass your comments on to the HOA for them to review. We are sorry the restaurant did not keep posted hours. It is independently operated and not affiliated with the property. There is another restaurant down the beach at Mill Harbour, and two grocery stores, a McDonalds, a Subway and a Kentucky Fried Chicken within a few blocks of the property, to say nothing of the numerous restaurants in Christiansted, a five minute drive away, so we are not sure what was meant by “extremely limited,” but we would like to understand for future reference if you will share more specifically with us. Thank you.

The location was excellent, and the property was clean. Disliked that the AC was not working. The fans were circulation hot air. In the bathroom there was hair on top and around the faucet in the bathroom. We couldn't get the sliding door open.
