It was beautiful. Our balcony was right over the beach. The rooms were clean and the staff were all very nice and friendly.

The views of being right on the ocean is remarkable. The staff is excellent, very pleasant and accommodating. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary and they went above and beyond to make sure we were treated as the most important guest at the hotel. The only thing I would change is they could have more entertainment with live music but it was the slow season so maybe that’s why it was limited.

The hotel itself is not bad, but it is lacking in simple services to make your stay there so much more enjoyable. The hotel is located on the very far east end of the island. Very far from the main city of Christenstad and most of the island's attractions. Getting anywhere is difficult and very expensive. You can rent a car, but with no cell service in many areas of the island, you'll have no navigation. The other option is to use a local taxi service, but they can be very expensive.
The hotel should provide shuttle service to guests that will take you to the city in the morning and return to pick you up later in the afternoon.
Also, there are no grocery or retail stores near the hotel. Providing a simple grocery store in the hotel or within walking distance of the hotel would really make your stay there more comfortable.

Unfortunately, due to the strict control imposed by the taxi commission on the island, alternative transportation options like Uber and Lyft are unavailable, and establishing private shuttles for individual properties is not feasible. However, we do provide a small map in your welcome packet to assist with navigation in areas with limited cell service.We are delighted to inform you that we do have a store called "Smugglers" within the hotel premises, offering a variety of essential items for your convenience. We understand the importance of having access to such amenities during your stay, and we continuously strive to meet the needs of our guests.Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an improved experience.

Perfect if you are looking for a quieter experience. Great mixed drinks and pizza! We loved our stay! The staff was amazing and so so awesome! I would give 10 stars if I could! We will be back!
