The room was not ready on arrival. No phones in the room to call front desk, when an issue occurred. Washing machine and Dryer were not working. No lights on the steps. The property itself looked in kept.

We do appreciate your feedback. Phones will be added to our rooms soon. We had minor damages due to TS Ernesto which are all currently being repaired and addressed at this moment and, we do hope those issues you listed above don't stop you from returning to our resort

Upon arrival, after receiving our room key, we went to the bungalow. Our first impression was that the bungalow was not well-maintained. However, the real disappointment came at bedtime when we found that the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell and appeared to not have been changed. The next day, when we went to the front desk, nobody was there. Despite my efforts to call and visit the front desk, there was no response and it seemed deserted. Frustrated, I decided to take matters into my own hands and went to the nearest laundromat to wash the bedsheets, pillow covers, and bedspread. After returning from the laundry, I attempted to talk to the front desk again, and once more, there was no one there, despite a sign indicating the employee's return at 11 AM; it was already 11:20. I eventually gave up on making a complaint because I was on vacation and didn't want to deal with unresponsive staff who seemed indifferent. If you're unconcerned about hygiene, this might be the place for you. I even found hair from the previous customer in the bathroom, and everything seemed unclean. Despite the disappointments, the property's front beach was quiet, and the few interactions we had with employees were friendly.

We didn’t like anything we were out side for 1 hour no one was there to receive us we had to go and book another hotel I want my money back or else the hotel and Expedia will get horrible reviews

I did not stay at this property. When I arrived I was told that they did not have any power and were waiting for WAPA who hadn’t arrived yet. I was told that they weren’t going to process my order but then I get this stating I stayed here which is completely fraudulent.

Our stay at The Palms was a time to remember. Thanks to Star and the staff, all the way from maintenance to the server, they were all so incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating. Even though we were there during a hurricane, they all made sure we were safe. The staff alone will be the reason we visit again.
