I was placed on the first floor close to the reception, and you could hear everything going on or the cleaning crew carts through the hallway. Too noisy. Other than that, it was great; the breakfast was delicious.

I wasn’t planning on staying in the area so I arrive at the hotel pretty late. I checked in at the front desk and then proceeded to help my mom and my grandma take their luggage to their room and make sure they were able to access the room. I went to my room and attempted to open the door with the key card and the key card did not work. I went to the front desk again and asked them about the door to give me a key card. I then went back up to my room And attempted to access my room. Once again, the key card did not work so I once again had to go back to the front desk for a key card. This happened yet again. Finally by the third time, I requested that they just please give me a new room….which they did, but I was pretty frustrated with the staff at this point because it was late, I was carrying all my luggage, and I had gone back and forth to the front desk from the 2nd floor about 4 times in total.
