Pretty cottage in beautiful location
Publié le 19 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayI had a lovely short stay in this property in Nov ‘23 with family. Both the cottage and local surroundings are very pretty. The cottage is well equipped and large - would make the perfect base for people on a walking holiday.

Quiet location
Publié le 24 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis large cottage is perfectly located for easy access to Church Stretton and the Shropshire Hills: Long Mynd, Cardingmill Valley etc. The cottage itself is very quiet. It is also warm and the hosts are friendly.

Very lovely house
Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time in Church Stretton staying at East cottage. The house is very central but yet quiet and secluded. David and Gill were wonderful and came to say hi at the beginning of the stay. The boiler malfunctioned but upon contacting David, he was very responsive and promptly come to fix the boiler on the same day. The house is lovely and spacious.

Great place to stay

Fantastic walks from the doorstep on both sides of the valley.
Church Stretton has everything you need for self catering with butcher, baker, deli and supermarket.
The kitchen was very well equipped ,with a couple of omissions; a non stick pan and a can opener that worked.
We would definitely return.
