Le mobilier et la chambre sont usés et défraîchis. Un trou et une grosse tâche sur le sofa. La chaise de bureau est brisée. Dans la salle de bain, on constate que le crochet est arraché et que du mastic a été mis (de manière inégale ) autour du bain. Bref, il y a des interventions nécessaires sur le mobilier. Le déjeuner du matin est acceptable, sans plus. Nous avons vu beaucoup mieux dans des établissements comparables.
