the worst of the worst, the attention since you enter is pessimistic. The workers do not take care of you in anything. The cleaning in the rooms is the worst. I recommend that if you plan to go to that hotel change your mind.

Beautiful grounds and beach, friendly staff, quiet, relaxing place.... rooms are dated and not in great shape but I will definitely return.

This was a decent place but I’m glad we only stayed one night. Pros: All inclusive Included water activities on their private beach Cons: Food was just ok Beds weren’t very comfortable and had ants A little far from town but they were very helpful in getting you taxis

The water was coming black and brown from the faucet. Half way through our stay they sent us to another hotel (5 hours away) which meant that we lost our transport to the airport. They did not reimburse us for this. People there made their best effort to provide a great service, they were friendly and there is a natural paradise to be explored. Location is wonderful although the sea is not crystal clear due to its high mineral composition.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The food was fresh, the staff was very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioner to keep you cool. Not sure how they keep mosquitoes away, but we had few bites, so bring anti-mosquitoes stuff with you. The manager was very helpful and solved the payment problem we had when checked in. Will stay again as they have wonderfull beach!
