perlu renov kamar mandi sama kunci pintu masih model lama belum pakai model card, untuk sekedar mwnginap dan liburan keluarga cukup menyenangkan ,pemandangan yang bagus dan tempat yang asri.

Where do I start? first thing, the check in process was confusing, no bell boy attended to welcome us, once we checked in we found out that the room was in the new building which was quite far and we should reload the baggage back into the car again and drove to the building, it would be nice if someone has welcome us and told us about this before we unloaded our tons of luggages. When we finally got in the room, no wi-fi, yep no wi-fi and limited cable tv channels, we felt like back in the 90s again.Then came the breakfast, lack of variety and the service was badly understaffed. Guests complaining their eggs not arrived. Piles of finished plates were not taken away. The only good thing about the hotel was the great view of Mount Ciremai. Something that was obviously taken for granted by the hotel. More competition in the area would teach them a lesson to up their service level.
