There was a cockroach in the drawer in the kitchen (drawer for the forks and spoons). The blanket has stain. Check in experience is terrible I have to check in at a different place since the number provided in Expedia was inccoect number. I called Expedia for contacting the owner of the place and I received a response after one hour therefore I have to stay at a different hotel for one night and checked in at this apartment on the second night. I asked for refund for one night since I was not able to check in.

The apartment was great but it quite hard to get contact with the owner since we came at night and there's no reception. Just depend on the direct call to the owner.

Saya check in pada malam hari dibantu oleh staff pemilik apart dgn baik namun untuk yg dtng dgn keluarga dan barang byk hrs bawa sendiri karna tdk ada bellboy utk membantu dan saat check out tepat jam 12 siang staff apartemen sdh ada didepan kmar menunggu kita check out utk menjual lg kamar apartemen tsb padahal tdk seharusnya di tunggu karna sy pun sdh mengetahui jam check out namun hrs pack barang sy karna bawa bayi tingkatkan lagi pelayanan nya kedepan nya terutama utk yg bawa keluarga
