Great place for family
This was a great choice for us. We were all under the same roof and we had a blast together. Was close to Xavier, where we went to a basketball game. So many neat places to go to around that location.The house was very neat & clean. And very updated. The kitchen was amazing.

Nice place in a good spot.
So, the host was great, and the house is nice. But the was definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and supplies availability. Two examples are, there was pet hair all over the main story, and there were anky about 4 coffee cups, despite it being a house for about 10 people.

This is a gorgeous home in a terrific location (so easy to get to, and so close to so much)! Our group was primarily composed of cool old ladies who’ve known each other 50 years. We were so thrilled with the house as we all had clean comfortable sleeping spaces and lots of space. Kayla was exceptional at communication with any questions we had. Perfectly delightful experience!!

True to previous reviews. Nice urban setting for Christmas vacation.
The property is great and very charming for a big family. The three floors provided good space for our teenagers to hang out in the evening after the adults went to bed. Use of the third floor for an office space is excellent for people working remotely during their stay. The central location is convenient for most Cincinnati activities and the neighborhood is safe. The previous reviews' highlight of the cleanliness factor was consistent with our experience. The house is very nice and recently updated so it's not strikingly bad. I really noticed that the carpet needed a good shampoo when I laid down to watch the kids play video games and I ended up with cat hair on my clothes. The linens are in the closet but were unfolded and more or less just rolled up and thrown on the shelf. Overall those are small issues and the price was worth the stay, but a solid deep clean and providing a few more wash cloths and towels would raise the bar even more.

Great spot for all Cincinnati has to offer!
The home had a great layout for 2 families and worked really well for us. We didn't have a chance to cook in the kitchen, but it was well-equipped and had room for everyone. The third full bath is on the third floor and has sloping ceilings, so that may be a consideration if everyone in your group is tall. We'd stay again!

Thanksgiving Stay
Very spacious house. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Kitchen was also very nice with newer appliances, cooked a 23lb turkey with no problem! The bedding and furniture in all bedrooms could use updating and need more towels in the bathrooms. Showers also didn’t not drain well. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again!

Great Stay
Having lived in Cincinnati previously, this space was perfect for our weekend get away. Close to our family and downtown. Easy to get all around Cincinnati. Plenty of space and great kitchen to cook in. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs outside, and inside, so would not be the best for those with limited mobility, but all around perfect for our young family.

Nice place!
Overall this stay was a good experience. Check in was a breeze and communication with the property manager was very prompt. A few things to consider, you do have to go upstairs to get to the rooms so if you have little ones who may wonder at night you may want to bring a gate so you won't worry about them falling down steps. The two larger beds were very comfortable but they were on the floor so just something to consider, my older father in law had some difficulty getting in and out. The apartment seemed to have at one time maybe had a cat in it, there was some cat hair on rugs and bedding and a cat "door" and that's something to also note if you have sever asthma like myself. Cleanliness was my only real concern as it just had hair/dirt in bathroom that was there prior to our arrival. Overall we enjoyed the short stay and location was great!

Family weekend
Wonderful middle ground for lots of activities we visited The Ark Encounter, The Creation Museum and a neighborhood pool center. Pros- clean, spacious, wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the interstate (and airport) The property manager answered my texts even after 10pm the first night because we had some questions. Cons- kitchen didn't have cookware for a family of 9 to cook nightly, had to buy disposable pans. Finding linens and towels was a bit of a scavenger hunt. Only one remote for both TV's upstairs made watching TV at night a bit awkward. REALLY hot on 3rd floor my daughter had to relocate. Overall, we loved it and are grateful for the experience!

Unsanitary
Very nice home left completely unsanitary and unfit for renting. Sheets were not washed or changed. Mattress was disgusting. Snail living in shower with sludge and slime on the tile. Hair all over the bathroom. "Clean" extra linens on piles on the unvacuumed floor. No cups, plates, bowls for use. Thankfully our money was refunded.
