Publié le 26 août 2017 sur HotelsEn général c'était bien. Le personnel est accueillant. Assez propre. La selection du petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent. Piscine chauffé :) Point négatif= les tapis de chambres sont vieux, donc ils devrait les changer et le ventilateur de salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Presence de calcaire sur la pomme de douche.

Yuck and yikes!
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe stay at comfort in in Eastgate and Wilder Ky virtually every week or so for concerts and events. Wilder staff and location is fantastic. We always know Eastgate isnt going to be nice, but its never been this bad. We dont need fancy and normally we have a safe, clean , and basics. However, the room we were provided was 232. This room should not be occupied. Heavy mold smell. Faucet dripping with mold all over the tub. The new AC unit tells me that this room has sat with a broken ac unit while the humidity and running Faucet bred mold. Look at the outlet the AC is plugged in. BLACK mold is literraly growing out of it. The little soaps were half used, trash on the floor, and the ironing board looks like someone got in a fight with it. I have pictures but hotrls isnt allowing me to upload for somereason. All vending was sold out and they have no sundries shop.

Perfect for the Purpose
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HotelsIn town overnight. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. Convenient, clean, and comfortable, with an exceptionally reasonable price. Only downside was a lack of items on the breakfast buffet at 8:00 am, but at least they had hot coffee.

The room was spacious. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The food fresh and tasty.
We stayed 2 nights. There were not adequate coffee cups or drink cups and the coffee tray wasn't clean on our arrival.. No one emptied our trash after the first night or gave us fresh linens. We had to hunt someone down to provide them.
The floors in the hall were needing vacuumed. The bathroom floor in our room looked like it hadn't been mopped before we arrived. Otherwise, the room was O.K.
