Mold around bathtub, carpet smelly in room, floors not clean, marks all over the walls throughout the hotel.

Not bad clean hotel, good breakfast, hotel staff was very friendly. Really close to the Airport but not much else.

Totally fine for what it needs to be. Nothing special, but clean and close to the airport for travelers.

This clearly is an older hotel since it generally needs updating in areas. For example my bathroom was clean but the tub had no remaining porcelain. The lobby was pleasant with a spacious breakfast area. No housekeeping was done in my room for my three night stay - I didn’t mind about the bed not being made but would have liked my trash emptied. A breakfast was offered but compared to what I’ve had at other hotels it was mediocre. A definite plus was it being about 3 minutes from the airport. The check in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. Based on the pricing and location it was reasonable.

This place was terrible. To start with, I had called this comfort inn before I reserved the rooms to see if I could park my car in their lot while we were on our family vacation. They told me that I could and seven days were included with my room, we had reserved two rooms. I called again the morning of our stay and I spoke to a very rude man who informed me that I could not keep the car there unless I had signed up to do so on the choice website. He told me it was too late to do it as a complementary parking so he charged me $120 to park there for 12 days, nobody told me that that would be the case. When we got to the rooms, They were nasty. The carpet was moist and the tile floors as you walk in the rooms were slippery and greasy. The rooms smelled like mildew, and the place was very noisy. I will never stay a comfort inn again.
