Comfort Suites Kings Island

I originally thought this was Comfort Inns and Suites but after staying here do not feel that this hotel is up to that standard. The staff was very nice but there is not someone present at all times without ringing the bell. There were things broken in the room, such as the toilet paper holder and hooks on the bathroom door. The room smelled damp and musty. There is a hot breakfast which is nice but a small area for dining. Price was reasonable but probably would have paid more for a different hotel if I had known this previously. It is very close to Kings Island which is a plus. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

It was helpful that it was so closely located to Kings Island. It's also in a very nice part of town, safe and clean.

It was okay

Hotel was in a good area around Kings Island and close to the highway. Overall, the hotel looked fairly well kept up on the outside and lounge but there are certainly signs of age. Decor in the room was aged as well. Pool is tiny and viewable to all in the front lobby/breakfast area - not super desirable for our family. The room itself was neat when we arrived and clearly cleaned. Negatives were found though... the bathroom sink leaked onto the floor when run and the AC in the room was dated and did not have enough output. High speed felt like low speed and it couldnt cool the room as it needed on hot summer days.

Neighbor with a connecting door to our room was clearly under the influence of something and was consitantly slamming his door for hours. I complained to the front desk, who promised to fix the situation yet and hour after my complaint, the issue continued. At 12:30 am we decided to pack up and head home, and only after getting my two children in the car, did the front desk employee offer to move us to a different room. The said guest causing issues should have been removed but was not and was causing issues and potential danger to all around!
