Staff were incredibly friendly and personable. Gave advice without hesitation when asked. Room was nice, clean, and well kept. Black out curtains were really nice and enjoyed the roomy shower. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows fell flat quickly. While this is pretty standard with most hotels I feel it’s worth mentioning.

Room was amazing, hotel staff was great. Easy to walk to the stadium and all the great restaurants around there. Even walked to Kentucky to buy bourbon. Only real issue was the parking was valet only and there seemed to be a problem with the app they use plus volume or road construction as many of us had to wait over an hour for our car.

We had a great stay! New and clean hotel! We heard no other guests while there. That was amazing !! Nice bar and bistro. Good location for the south end of the city.
