Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, no smart tv's and kind of outdated but is very quiet, their staff was very professional, kind and helpful. If you travel with family is convenient.

The staff is amazing, although check-in process took 30 minutes due to staff helping another customer checking in. In lobby was water with lemon which tasted rotten. Room was clean but they could have done better. Dried food on door as well as door was broken.

Hotel rooms are dated but they are very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. The chef at the Bistro is top tier! Oh and the cookies are amazing as well as the parrot in the lobby.

The property seemed a bit old. The hallway where my room was located smelled like mold, and mildew. Especially just two doors down. I mentioned this and asked if I could have another room and they said there was not one available like my room not even offering any option. I usually stay at the Embassy suites in Blue Ash. I want to stay my last night there, and for just a few dollars more was head and shoulders better. I will not be staying at this hotel again when I come into the area.
