Horrible experience here, during a heat wave with temperatures reaching 100 degrees, our room had no A/C. We asked to be moved and were told they didn't know what rooms had A/C. It was never fixed! We were there for 4 nights!

The rooms were so hot that people were propping doors open and dragging chairs out into the corridors to sit out there. I know it was hot, but come on. The rest of the hotel was much cooler. Our room had a musty smell. The tub needed replacing. Overall I’ll never stay at that Embassy again.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. When we got to the room it was 80 degrees in the room. We said something to the front desk and they said they were having problems with the air. All the rooms were hot. They ran out of fans. What they needed to do was let people know when they were checking in that their air conditioning was not working. Then on top of that the rooms are filthy and run down. Would not stay at this hotel again. They never even offered to compensate us since the air wasn’t working. Our room didn’t get any cooler than 80 degrees. It was miserable.

Unfortunately, our stay at this location was very negative. Very disappointing because we always stay with Embassy when we travel. Mr. Davis, I am currently staying at the Hilton River Center location and this experience has ruined the stress free weekend that I was praying for. It actually added stress. My husband and I are her for 2 night. Thursday and Friday. The room was hot when we arrived. We turned the AC down to cool the the room. That never happened. I called the front desk. Advised maintenance would come. We went out came back and called again. Advised maintenance would be redirected to our room. The gentleman looked at a few things and turned the thermostat to 65. Still no relief from the temp. I called the front desk around 1 am because the heat was unbearable. I ASKED FOR A FAN and asked to be moved in the morning. The young man agreed. I went down this morning and asked to be moved. I was quickly told my the first young lady that the entire hotel was without ac. She said that’s what she was told this morning. The other young lady told me that I needed to turn the fan to Low because it does NOT work on high. I looked at both of them in disbelief. I talked to 3 other couples at breakfast who said their rooms were freezing. Your staff blatantly lied. That saddened me. I called again this afternoon as we left for an outing. The young lady said the AC Issue was resolved and to give it an hour. We stayed out for 3 hours in the heat. Returned to a warm room…..

The thermostat in the room was broken and our room stayed between 80 and 85 degrees the whole time, we were all sweating throughout the night. The toilet handle in our bathroom was also broken, so we had to lift the lid and manually flush the toilet. Then there was supposed to be complimentary breakfast, but we got down there and there was only a few pieces of bread and a few wrapped muffins, the drinks were empty, there were pancake and waffle machines, but no mix, no fruit, there was cereal but no milk.

Room 504 has a musty, mildew smell to it, the bathroom tub water goes down slow, the sink was cracked, and the bottom of the toilet was dirty! I expected better from the embassy suites!!

Property was extremely pleasant but our room was terrible. Upon opening the door there was a stench of sourness. Room smelled like something was spoiled and rotten. The mini frig amelled as well. The smelled actually kept me up. I was told by staff that the hotel was full so I couldn't change rooms. Always pleased with my stays but couldn't take the smell. Ruined my stay.

So the property is in a good location But room 315 is terrible. View is the ac condensers running all the time. Good if you are deaf. But the free cocktails are good and the burgers were good. Thankfully just one night listening to a condenser motor all night. Nice staff. Just refuse 315

We loved the view and the layout of the 2 bedroom. Very spacious.. I didnt like the tub was not cleaned, every time we turned the water on hair came out the drain. Mayb the hotel need to upgrade the tubs.

The staff was great, and the happy hour is a nice touch. However, I was disappointed to find torn furniture and wallpaper in my room. We also received a request for access to our room on the night we arrived for maintenance, which was not workable for us. We were business travelers and had calls and a Zoom that had to be done in the privacy of our suite. It would be recommended that maintenance be done when the room is unoccupied. Aside from that, the location was great, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
